I love the application of Maslow’s hierarchy to the accounting profession and (tax) advisors - it really seems to fit and explain where the profession is stuck (middle of the pyramid hovering between relationships and respect). I’m excited to think there’s a way AI can help move the advisor up through the respect phase and into real problem solving and growth, but I think it necessarily has to be combined with human training and collaboration, though; otherwise, the trust factor will be missing or underdeveloped when the advisor gets there.

Absolutely, You definitely need both! But it’s awesome to have real time feedback from Navi.
